Is our congress working independent of the people who they are to represent?
I see a congress lost in there own bureaucratic quagmire and with that said, we are the last thing on there mind.
I see our Congress attack issues that are unimportant to the health of our country and its people.
Their efficiency on the bigger issue gives me great concerns. I am afraid their own agendas have become more important then the harder issues facing the country as a whole.
Prioritizing should be one of the highest levels of concerns. Let’s see if The Obama train can get congress on track.
I don’t think bailing out everyone is the right direction. By all account I haven’t found a lot of people who disagree with me on that. Even my Democrat friends.
I do see that once all this money hits the street like the last time when the banks got there corporate welfare checks that it will enhance the life style of those rich and famous and will stick us smucks with the bill again. I predict that you’ll see pay big raises and promotion and advancement for higher government employees. You’ll see bonuses for CEO’s in a year or so after the bailout money hit their banks accounts and they’ll call it profits, sticking us smucks again with the bill and you’ll see people with out jobs driving bigger SUV’s while you’re driving your little eco car commuting to work paying your taxes wishing you could get a pay raise.
Just remember this, just because you have a job and others don’t, doesn’t mean that they shouldn’t live as well if not better then you. It’s time to be part of the team and pitch in; no one said that spreading the wealth would be easy.
But, you ask who am I? I’m just a voter that my congress thinks has lost his way. I’ll see you all at the poles in 2010.
