		<description>Have you not seen the stock market? If you have a 401k it has lost about 50%. We do have a crisis of leadership in the business world.They seem to be only interested in the short term profit.

The housing crisis is a perfect example. The banks we betting the home owner couldn&#039;t pay. They would get back the house which had risen in value. They would win both ways. They would have the house and money paid in. But the price of homes went down. With most loans having no insurance the bank loose and the home owner walks away.

Some home owner&#039;s has second mortgages to get by the insurance clause. But the banks were glad to make these loans which they though they could win on.

But as we know this all fell in the crapper.</description>
