The Two-Party System Doesn’t Exist. There’s Only One Political Party – Ron Paul
The two political parties are both owned by the same ruling class. This is why they do not differ for those concerns which matter most to the public. – Image courtesy of netrightdaily.com.
Take the analogy of only two phone companies or two oil companies serving America. In almost no time they would secretly form a trust (this is illegal) and their prices and fees would sky rocket as if only a single company existed. Their quality control would probably regress all the while having a callous disregard for simple customer support for most services. This is not unlike the two-party system of the American government which is a conduit for corporatism.
When people say that both parties are exactly the same they mean within the context of those public policies which matter most.
Please consider the following 15 points where I attempt to prove, and I do think I succeed, that there is no difference between the two candidates running for president who are represented by the two parties for those concerns which are of a most pressing nature:
One candidate signed the NDAA 2012 which “legalizes” martial law and indefinite detention of innocent American citizens simply for peacefully protesting. The other candidate supports this.
One candidate signed a four-year extension of the Patriot Act which can imprison American citizens indefinitely with no trial. The other candidate supports this.
One candidate supports the assassination of American citizens suspected of participating in subversive activities. The other candidate likely supports this.
One candidate has broken his promise and kept Gitmo concentration camp open which also practices torture. The other candidate supports this.
The TSA has grown to include train stations under one candidate. The other candidate likely supports this.
One candidate maintains his support of Israel’s foreign policies for the United States. The other candidate supports this.
One candidate maintains his support of the war of aggression in Afghanistan. The other candidate supports this.
One candidate ignores the Federal Reserve. The other candidate also ignores this.
One candidate has done nothing to prevent another Wall Street meltdown. The other candidate ignores this.
One candidate supports open borders and legalizing illegal aliens. The other candidate likely supports this.
One candidate supports limiting our liberties and increasing surveillance of innocent American citizens. The other candidate supports this.
One candidate agrees that any citizens who rise up to the abuses by government are enemies of the state or terrorists. The other candidate agrees with this.
The building of FEMA concentration camps are in full force under one candidate. The other candidate likely supports this.
One candidate has secretly met with the Bilderberg Group. It is also highly likely that the other candidate has or will secretly meet with the Bilderbergs.
Both parties are owned by the same ruling class (especially Wall Street) through campaign financing, political favors, and lobbying.
Yes those fascist provisions of the NDAA 2012 were nullified by the Supreme Court but what does it say about our legislators who were elected to represent our best interests? When we look at the bigger picture we find that all our petty concerns such as gay rights, stem-cell research funding, health care, the deficit, even taxation, etc. are just a smoke screen to hide those things that are guaranteed to weigh heavily on us as free citizens.
There is no real difference between the two candidates. Both represent the interests of the ruling class who must keep us under strict obedience to the state so that they may maintain their control.
The Republican and Democrat parties have a duopoly on American power as Ron Paul (R-Tx) reveals in this short film, Ron Paul on Glenn Beck Show: Both Parties Owned by Same Elite. It might as well be a monopoly because these two parties now do a lot of horse trading to support each others bills. The election of a new president changes nothing if we vote in a candidate from one of the two political parties because both are financed and in collusion with the bank cartel of American, European finance corporations, the military industrial complex, and the ruling class. This was most noticeable after the assassination of our last true great president – John F. Kennedy. Instead of returning the troops home from Vietnam like President Kennedy had intended on doing, President Johnson greatly expanded American involvement.
This benefits the corporations whose business is war. This also benefits the banks who own huge shares in these companies and fund this war through government deficit spending and borrowing. Those who stand to make money on war have a controlling interest in the American government through lobbying, campaign financing, future lucrative job offers to politicians, gerrymandering, and a central bank (Federal Reserve).
This happens because we believe the patriotic and mass media propaganda and misinformation we are overwhelmed with every single day of our lives. We do not question information from authority figures and we prefer to lazily watch entertaining television programs or play video games. The result of this is that we continually support the two parties who betray our trust and allow lobbyists to hijack our representation. They may appear to be opposed however they work closely together to secure whatever wealth and liberty we have remaining even if this means drafting our adult children into a false war to fight for our freedom or a foreign state’s liberty.
A federal or state government populated with several more political parties and independent representatives would have far more difficulty serving its own agenda because of all the opposition between them. Most would be on their best behavior so that they could also obtain a controlling representation in government. Once any party obtained this power they might also fall from grace.
Most politicians probably begin their political career with good intentions however somewhere along the way they are seduced by money and power. This is unavoidable regardless of party and initial good intentions. All governments in history have evolved or will evolve into fascism because of this is very predictable trait. It is important to note that a dictatorship and a monarchy are a form of fascism because the government is controlled by a single family acting as one and it is in their best interest to control the population through that government much like corporations control a government to serve their own interests.
For democracy to exist we must have a continuous cycle of replenishing new representatives. This is why some elected offices have term limits. Perhaps there should also be term limits for political parties. Instead we allow a stalemate of the Republican and Democratic parties to represent us at all levels of government. One may also notice that among some politicians there is a revolving door between the two parties or between serving the state and serving corporations. They throw their hat in whatever party they believe will give them the best chance at winning an election. One striking example between serving the state and running a corporations is Dick Cheney. He served in congress, the White House, and the Pentagon before moving on as Chief Executive Officer of Halliburton and returning as Vice President. Cheney’s Law is PBS Frontline episode is on how during the Bush administration Dick Cheney succeeded as a very secretive hands on player to enhance presidential powers to detain, render, interrogate, and wiretap.
Why perpetuate the same old habits if any policy changes are always negative? There will always be groups of unethical and dangerous individuals who are highly motivated to secure this power. No one said democracy was free, easy, and static. As soon as we shed our ideological labels and indoctrinated propaganda we find that in full frontal view of the naked truth we are all united in the same mission of life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness.
If what we really want is a free nation, we must do everything in our power to urge all Americans to vote for Libertarian Party candidate Gary Johnson. He is the only viable option who intends on representing the best interests of the American public. Or at the very least do not support any of the two-party candidates — vote third party or independent.
It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society.

Abstract I: Intent of this Article
With all the patriotic, good government, world beacon of freedom and democracy, and America is the greatest nation propaganda that Americans are indoctrinated with since childhood; most are hard-pressed to face the reality that the United States is now exhibiting striking attributes that it is sinking toward a closed fascist society. – Image courtesy of antemedius.com.
I need to stress three points about this article. Please recognize that it is an editorial and an analysis of current affairs. This means you will not see referenced citations for all points discussed because most facts are well established in the historical record and therefore not in dispute. However, plentiful links and embedded videos by credible and independent sources are provided that inspired some of the content and analysis.
The purpose of this article is not to repeat the facts and news stories of other texts and articles. The intent is to illustrate the true nature of the United States government by using freely available information to connect the dots in a way that may not have been considered before.
Abstract II: Defining Fascism
The new face of fascism isn’t necessarily white anymore. It may come in different flavors however it is still served in the similar cold dish of collectivism with the main course a government by the people for the government for the corporation. And, we the people always pick up the tab. Perhaps there is such a thing as a “free lunch,” for the very lucky few. – Image by unknown.
Secondly, what is fascism? Although I may have difficulty defining it I know it when I see it. However it is always best to begin with the dictionary definition to determine if it reflects what we are seeing today. Dictionary.com defines fascism as:
(sometimes initial capital letter) a governmental system led by a dictator having complete power, forcibly suppressing opposition and criticism, regimenting all industry, commerce, etc., and emphasizing an aggressive nationalism and often racism.
This of course is the traditional meaning of fascism as racism does not play a key role in American fascism. Moreover, the dictator is not a single person but a group of elite or ruling class despots all working together for their own interests. For a thorough definition please visit the Wikipedia definition for fascism.
The primary element of any fascist state is collectivism. It places a higher value on the concerns of the group over the rights of the individual. Thus the needs or even life of any single human being or all people of any smaller group can be sacrificed for the greater good. However, this term is really just a misnomer because it is almost solely applied by those who drive public policy to serve their own hidden illicit agendas.
Thus American fascism is rooted in the trading of other people’s wealth and liberty by those in power in exchange for personal gain and it is done without the consent or knowledge of those being compromised. A paraphrase from the Gettysburg Address nicely packages democracy (and freedom) – a government by the people for the people. With traditional fascism we have a government by the people for the government. With contemporary American fascism government becomes a conduit for a third party – a government by the people for the government for the corporation.
Congressman Ron Paul (R-Tx) describes American fascism as soft fascism. This is also known as corporatism. This means fascism is a spectrum with the most extreme form being that of Benito Mussolini’s Italy, Hitler’s Germany, or Stalin’s Soviet Union.
To prove that the United States reflects many traits of traditional fascism this article will reveal how all people are manipulated with questionable principles to support public policies that are harmful to society; demonstrate how our elected leaders are eroding our civil rights; disclose how the government is managed by an elite class of despots through corporatism, other private interests such as labor unions, and because of foreign interests such as the Israel lobby (AIPAC) and European banks; and advance why democracy is very limited to anemic representation in Washington and other levels of government.
Others have taken a point by point approach and these also inspired my analysis. These are very good for a quick overview but they do not examine how the collective mind of the public is systematically shaped to support public policies that lean toward fascism.
Laura Dawn Lewis What is Fascism (The 7 Conditions that Foster and Fuel Fascism).
It is dire to correct this before it becomes too deep otherwise just like Third Reich Germany, there is a possibility of history repeating itself and we may have reached a point of no return. I sincerely hope my analysis will motivate readers to take effective action whatever form that may take.
The following embedded video is of the whole interview of Ron Paul on NBC’s Meet The Press with Tim Russert. Before moving on it is important to note that most republics (states) now exhibit a sort of states-level soft fascism through labor unions who represent government workers.

At the New Year, Leo Zagami, 36, has an urgent message.
The Illuminati plan to “Nazify” the West by the year 2012 and persecute all believers in God, using the pretext of war, terror and economic collapse.
The scion of an ancient Illuminati family, Zagami had a religious conversion (to Islam) last June and rebelled. He’d had enough of the horrifying Satanic, black magic rituals, mind control and torture that was going on inside the lodges, behind closed doors.
On Saturday he posted on his web site Illuminati Confessions~[Website Taken Down]~jude
http://www.illuminaticonfessions.webfriend.it/#news1 names of high ranking Masons who are ready to do battle with the Satanists. He has organized his own security detail and even posted a personal phone number to answer serious questioners about his sincerity.
“These are the end times; it’s no joke,” Zagami says in an January 3 interview on his website.
“The cosmic alignment on the 21st of December 2012 gives you 6 years to prepare… So its about time you all wake up and fight for your right to stay free under one God before they take complete control and start persecuting the true believers in the one God. Get your swords and get ready to fight to defend your faith or perish. This is a war against Satan so please wake up in the western countries or you might wake up in a nightmare one morning in December 2012.”
“From 2010 you will start feeling the big changes in the air more and more but in 2012 you will have the clear evidence of the end of this civilization in front of your eyes.the total NAZIFICATION of the western countries by 2010 before the economic situation starts to badly crack for everyone. Then social tension will hit a peak never seen before and internal conflicts could eventually become in 2012: CIVIL WAR!”
“Are you ready to die for God and your believe in a positive change for the world or are you all a bunch of cowards in the hands of the devil, just talking and talking with no sense of reality?”
As an ex-member of the Comitato Esecutivo Massonico – Masonic Executive Committee (MEC) of Monte Carlo, Zagami was, until recently, a true insider, a 33rd degree Freemason, and a high-member of the infamous Freemasonic P2 (Propaganda 2) Lodge. He was the “prince”, prepared to take over from the older Illuminati “king”, Licio Gelli.
http://usawatchdog.com/ - Chris Duane was a 30 year old millionaire working at his family’s East coast car dealerships when he walked away from it all to become a citizen journalist. He sold his house in 2005 and started renting just before the real estate crash. He began warning anyone who would listen about the collapse and paradigm change coming to America. His YouTube channel - http://www.youtube.com/user/TruthNeverTold has gotten 3.5 million views-in less than a year! He says, “The collapse is going to unwind all social and financial contracts worldwide.” He tells people to, “Get out of every single paper asset you own because it’s all going to be worth nothing. . . . If you’re not ahead of the curve, you’re going to be historical road kill.” He also thinks sometime in the next three years, “the dollar will be completely worthless.” When that happens, Duane predicts, “mass hysteria, power grabs and food riots.” His number one investment is physical silver because it is in short supply and extremely undervalued. Former NSA intelligence agent Russell Tice condemns reports that the Agency has been engaged in eavesdropping on U.S. citizens without court warrants. Tice has volunteered to testify before Congress about illegal black ops programs at the NSA. Tice said, “The freedom of the American people cannot be protected when our constitutional liberties are ignored and our nation has decayed into a police state.” [includes rush transcript]
We turn now to the growing controversy over President Bush’s decision to order the National Security Agency to eavesdrop on U.S. citizens inside the country without the legally required court warrants. Bush’s decision was first revealed in the New York Times in mid-December. The Times published the expose after holding the story for more than a year under pressure from the White House. The paper reportedly first uncovered the illegal order prior to the 2004 election. When the editors at the Times decided last month to go ahead with the article, President Bush personally summoned the paper’s publisher, Arthur Sulzberger, and executive editor, Bill Keller, to the Oval Office in an attempt to talk them out of running the story. Since the story broke, calls for Congressional hearings and the possible impeachment of the president have intensified. Conservative legal experts have even admitted Bush may have committed an impeachable offense by ordering the NSA to break the law.
On Sunday, the New York Times revealed there was dissent within the upper echelon of the Bush administration over the legality of the president’s order. According to the Times, Attorney General John Ashcroft’s top deputy, James Comey, refused to sign on to the continuation of the secret program in 2004 amid concerns about its legality and oversight. At the time, Comey was serving in place of then Attorney General John Ashcroft while Ashcroft was hospitalized for a medical condition. Comey’s refusal prompted senior Presidential aides Andrew Card and Alberto Gonzales to visit Ashcroft in his hospital room to grant the approval. The Times reports Ashcroft expressed reluctance to sign on to the program. It is unclear if he eventually relented. Both Ashcroft and Comey’s concerns appear to have led to a temporary suspension of parts of the program for several months. But the administration has repeatedly defended its actions.
On February 26, 1993, a gray snowy day in Manhattan like the one I write on 14 years later, the FBI and US government failed to stop the van-bomb explosion in the World Trade Center’s basement garage, just as NORAD and the US government failed to stop the airliner blitz on the Twin Towers and Pentagon on September 11, 2001.
I remember crowds fleeing from the Towers in ’93, choking with smoke, exhaustion, and disbelief. But as James Bovard points out in FBI Blunders and the First World Trade Center Bombing, events that led to that infamy started years earlier.
On November 5, 1990, Rabbi Meir Kahane was giving a predictably anti-Arab speech at a New York hotel. Kahane had founded the radical Jewish Defense League (JDL), which passionately preached expelling all Arabs from Israel and the “occupied territories” by force. The Knesset, Israel’s Parliament, actually banned Kahane’s political party for “inciting racism” and “endangering security,” which indeed it was doing.
A New York judge has ordered Twitter to divulge the tweets and account information allegedly connected to an Occupy protester.
The case, which the judge called one of “first impression,” concerns Malcolm Harris, who was among hundreds arrested Oct. 1 in an Occupy movement march along the Brooklyn Bridge.
Prosecutors sought tweets made to Harris’ account “to refute the defendant’s anticipated defense, that the police either led or escorted the defendant into stepping onto the roadway of the Brooklyn Bridge.”
While the outcome was expected, the case was being closely watched as the authorities increasingly monitor and move to access material posted on social networks. And the decision comes as Twitter reported that, for the first six months of the year, the United States sought information on Twitter user accounts 679 times, and Twitter produced some or all of the information75 percent of the time.
Prosecutors sought Harris’ Twitter information using a 2703 order, which allows authorities to obtain data without a warrant.
Manhattan Criminal Court Judge Matthew A. Sciarrino Jr. said in a filing released Monday that Harris has no expectation of privacy in his public tweets:
If you post a tweet, just like if you scream it out the window, there is no reasonable expectation of privacy. There is no proprietary interest in your tweets, which you have now gifted to the world. This is not the same as a private email, a private direct message, a private chat, or any of the other readily available ways to have a private conversation via the internet that now exist. Those private dialogues would require a warrant based on probable cause in order to access the relevant information.
The judge said he would read the tweets privately before allowing any into the case. In a bid to corroborate that the tweets were posted by Harris, the judge authorized Twitter to turn over the account information connected to the account of @destructuremal, including any information Twitter had about the owner of the account, including his e-mail address. The authorities believe that account belongs to Harris
No one but Hector Xavier Monsegur can know why or when he became Sabu, joining the strange and chaotic Internet collective known as Anonymous. But we know the moment he gave Sabu up. On June 7, 2011, federal agents came to his apartment on New York’s Lower East Side and threatened the 28-year-old with an array of charges that could add up to 124 years in prison. So Hector Monsegur, who as Sabu had become a mentor and icon to fellow members of Anonymous, surrendered his online identity to a new, equally faceless and secretive master: the FBI.
For the next eight months, Sabu continued to rage across the Internet as a core member of AntiSec, a blackhat hacking group within Anonymous. He helped to deface government and corporate websites and even helped bring down the private intelligence firm Stratfor—all, apparently, with the FBI’s blessing as it quietly gathered logs on Monsegur’s fellow “anons.” Law enforcement officials later told Fox News that Monsegur was working out of the FBI offices “almost daily” in the weeks after he pleaded guilty in August and then from his own home thereafter, with an agent watching his activity 24 hours a day. Sometimes agents were even posing as Sabu directly. On Christmas, just after the Stratfor hack, Sabu and I happened to be logged into the same channel on IRC, the chatting protocol that serves as the medium through which most Anonymous members planned large-scale operations. I asked the AntiSec members if they were worried about a law enforcement response to Stratfor. Sabu shot back:
we’re used to that heat
we survived the first rounds of the raids
He was referring to a series of arrests that past summer that had scooped up, worldwide, at least 80 alleged participants in the group. At the time, it was hard to fault his reasoning, since those arrests seemed to have done nothing to slow the group’s terrifying onslaught in 2011. It was a year in which Anonymous burst into the geopolitical consciousness of the world, assisting Arab Spring activists and attacking the security industry, bedeviling law enforcement and intelligence agencies, carrying out countless hacks against Sony and other large corporations. As protest movements spread to the West, Anonymous provided them with crucial logistics (not to mention a great deal of media attention), from the BART protests in San Francisco to the Occupy actions across the US and overseas. Anonymous had figured out how to infiltrate anything, how to mobilize not just machines but physical bodies, all around the globe.
What might be the final major U.S. offensive of the Afghanistan war has begun, according to the war’s day-to-day commander. Its purpose is a bit harder to grasp.
Lt. Gen. Curtis Scaparrotti, the outgoing operational commander in Afghanistan, said that US and Afghan troops recently began a push in the eastern province of Ghazni to reduce the potency of the insurgency in an area neglected by the 2010 troop surge.
“In some areas there in the east, south of Kabul, we needed to insert greater combat power, and we’ve needed to do that for quite some time,” Scaparotti told Pentagon reporters via videoconference, contradicting remarks made by the general in charge of east Afghanistan last year. Led by an additional brigade from the 82nd Airborne, the offensive will last through “the current fighting season,” he said — even as about 20,000 US forces withdraw by October, weeks before the fighting season ends.
Scaparrotti declined to provide details on how many forces make up what he described as “greater combat power”; where it goes beyond or outside of Ghazni; and said he preferred not discuss even the “intent” of the operations publicly. He also said not to think of it as the “last” major US offensive of the Afghanistan war. But it follows a recent pattern as NATO nears its 2014 deadline for turning Afghan security to its Afghan proteges: US and Afghan troops will clear areas in the east that the Afghans will be tasked with holding.
All Scaparrotti offered was that US forces were ”now undertaking operations to secure areas in Ghazni and areas surrounding Ghazni that we’ve needed to do for some time, and we’re also working very hard with our Afghan partners to then gain in strength and to hold those areas once these operations are done.”
The military has hardly made a secret of its desire for one last major push into eastern Afghanistan. The Obama administration has hardly made a secret of its desire not to replicate the grueling troop surge, which focused on the south, in eastern Afghanistan. Last week, Gen. Martin Dempsey, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, told reporters that another push into the east would be critical to eroding the power of the Haqqani Network, one of the most lethal components of the Afghan insurgency.
“We’ve got to get [eastern Afghanistan] and the Haqqani influence reduced in order to meet our timelines for the transition that we’re moving toward and — at the end of ’14,” Dempsey said.
Scaparrotti, whose tour in Afghanistan ends Tuesday, diminished expectations for the offensive. He spoke about “future complementary operations” with the Pakistanis as little more than a hypothetical, rather than a partnered effort to squeeze the Haqqani network on both sides of the border. And Scaparrotti said he was optimistic that NATO would meet the 2014 timetable seemingly regardless of what happens in eastern Afghanistan.
The Haqqani Network is considered responsible for the recent wave of attacks on Kabul, although Scaparrotti said the offensive is focused “on the insurgency in a broad way,” not just on the Haqqanis. But still, Scaparrotti said that Ghazni is the current heart of the effort, even though that’s not a province the Haqqani Network evidently values.
According to the general, the Haqqanis want to defend three other provinces — what is “traditionally their area of operation: Khost, Paktia, and Paktika.”
So what could well be the final major US campaign in Afghanistan doesn’t initially target the terrain that its adversary most wants. It won’t have the same access to air power that the effort to take Helmand and Kandahar enjoyed. It won’t have complementary effort on the border by the Pakistanis to deny insurgent safe havens. And whatever happens won’t change the timetable for handing over Afghanistan to the Afghans. No wonder the military isn’t exactly playing up the fight for eastern Afghanistan.

“He owes them for everything. Everything he’s got – they gave to him. Everything. The guy’s Manchurian to the shoes on his feet.” -WHI
Note: For the past two years we have been receiving information from a longtime Democratic Party operative who has worked at the highest levels of American politics -including direct access to presidential administrations. Once closely allied to the Clinton machine, and then later playing a significant role in helping to elect Barack Obama in 2008, this individual came to realize just how inept and dangerous was the then-newly elected President Obama and his circle of closest advisers, namely Valerie Jarrett. Since that time this insider has time and again shared information that has later proven accurate, including rampant White House infighting, re-election strategies, Obama’s strained relationship with Democrats in Congress and the U.S. military, and more personal details specific to Barack Obama the man – a figure who suffers from emotional extremes including depression and who spends far more time in his second floor White House study than he does working in the Oval Office as President of the United States.
Here now is Part One of our most recent face to face interview with White House Insider…
UM: We agreed to a series of word associations to start this off. You still ok with that?
WHI: Sure – yeah. Fire away.
UM: Mitt Romney.
WHI: The next President of the United States. He better be – or…or people don’t know – they don’t realize how bad – how dangerous things will get. And fast.
