The Two-Headed Coin
The Two-Party System Doesn’t Exist. There’s Only One Political Party – Ron Paul
The two political parties are both owned by the same ruling class. This is why they do not differ for those concerns which matter most to the public. – Image courtesy of netrightdaily.com.
Take the analogy of only two phone companies or two oil companies serving America. In almost no time they would secretly form a trust (this is illegal) and their prices and fees would sky rocket as if only a single company existed. Their quality control would probably regress all the while having a callous disregard for simple customer support for most services. This is not unlike the two-party system of the American government which is a conduit for corporatism.
When people say that both parties are exactly the same they mean within the context of those public policies which matter most.
Please consider the following 15 points where I attempt to prove, and I do think I succeed, that there is no difference between the two candidates running for president who are represented by the two parties for those concerns which are of a most pressing nature:
One candidate signed the NDAA 2012 which “legalizes” martial law and indefinite detention of innocent American citizens simply for peacefully protesting. The other candidate supports this.
One candidate signed a four-year extension of the Patriot Act which can imprison American citizens indefinitely with no trial. The other candidate supports this.
One candidate supports the assassination of American citizens suspected of participating in subversive activities. The other candidate likely supports this.
One candidate has broken his promise and kept Gitmo concentration camp open which also practices torture. The other candidate supports this.
The TSA has grown to include train stations under one candidate. The other candidate likely supports this.
One candidate maintains his support of Israel’s foreign policies for the United States. The other candidate supports this.
One candidate maintains his support of the war of aggression in Afghanistan. The other candidate supports this.
One candidate ignores the Federal Reserve. The other candidate also ignores this.
One candidate has done nothing to prevent another Wall Street meltdown. The other candidate ignores this.
One candidate supports open borders and legalizing illegal aliens. The other candidate likely supports this.
One candidate supports limiting our liberties and increasing surveillance of innocent American citizens. The other candidate supports this.
One candidate agrees that any citizens who rise up to the abuses by government are enemies of the state or terrorists. The other candidate agrees with this.
The building of FEMA concentration camps are in full force under one candidate. The other candidate likely supports this.
One candidate has secretly met with the Bilderberg Group. It is also highly likely that the other candidate has or will secretly meet with the Bilderbergs.
Both parties are owned by the same ruling class (especially Wall Street) through campaign financing, political favors, and lobbying.
Yes those fascist provisions of the NDAA 2012 were nullified by the Supreme Court but what does it say about our legislators who were elected to represent our best interests? When we look at the bigger picture we find that all our petty concerns such as gay rights, stem-cell research funding, health care, the deficit, even taxation, etc. are just a smoke screen to hide those things that are guaranteed to weigh heavily on us as free citizens.
There is no real difference between the two candidates. Both represent the interests of the ruling class who must keep us under strict obedience to the state so that they may maintain their control.
The Republican and Democrat parties have a duopoly on American power as Ron Paul (R-Tx) reveals in this short film, Ron Paul on Glenn Beck Show: Both Parties Owned by Same Elite. It might as well be a monopoly because these two parties now do a lot of horse trading to support each others bills. The election of a new president changes nothing if we vote in a candidate from one of the two political parties because both are financed and in collusion with the bank cartel of American, European finance corporations, the military industrial complex, and the ruling class. This was most noticeable after the assassination of our last true great president – John F. Kennedy. Instead of returning the troops home from Vietnam like President Kennedy had intended on doing, President Johnson greatly expanded American involvement.
This benefits the corporations whose business is war. This also benefits the banks who own huge shares in these companies and fund this war through government deficit spending and borrowing. Those who stand to make money on war have a controlling interest in the American government through lobbying, campaign financing, future lucrative job offers to politicians, gerrymandering, and a central bank (Federal Reserve).
This happens because we believe the patriotic and mass media propaganda and misinformation we are overwhelmed with every single day of our lives. We do not question information from authority figures and we prefer to lazily watch entertaining television programs or play video games. The result of this is that we continually support the two parties who betray our trust and allow lobbyists to hijack our representation. They may appear to be opposed however they work closely together to secure whatever wealth and liberty we have remaining even if this means drafting our adult children into a false war to fight for our freedom or a foreign state’s liberty.
A federal or state government populated with several more political parties and independent representatives would have far more difficulty serving its own agenda because of all the opposition between them. Most would be on their best behavior so that they could also obtain a controlling representation in government. Once any party obtained this power they might also fall from grace.
Most politicians probably begin their political career with good intentions however somewhere along the way they are seduced by money and power. This is unavoidable regardless of party and initial good intentions. All governments in history have evolved or will evolve into fascism because of this is very predictable trait. It is important to note that a dictatorship and a monarchy are a form of fascism because the government is controlled by a single family acting as one and it is in their best interest to control the population through that government much like corporations control a government to serve their own interests.
For democracy to exist we must have a continuous cycle of replenishing new representatives. This is why some elected offices have term limits. Perhaps there should also be term limits for political parties. Instead we allow a stalemate of the Republican and Democratic parties to represent us at all levels of government. One may also notice that among some politicians there is a revolving door between the two parties or between serving the state and serving corporations. They throw their hat in whatever party they believe will give them the best chance at winning an election. One striking example between serving the state and running a corporations is Dick Cheney. He served in congress, the White House, and the Pentagon before moving on as Chief Executive Officer of Halliburton and returning as Vice President. Cheney’s Law is PBS Frontline episode is on how during the Bush administration Dick Cheney succeeded as a very secretive hands on player to enhance presidential powers to detain, render, interrogate, and wiretap.
Why perpetuate the same old habits if any policy changes are always negative? There will always be groups of unethical and dangerous individuals who are highly motivated to secure this power. No one said democracy was free, easy, and static. As soon as we shed our ideological labels and indoctrinated propaganda we find that in full frontal view of the naked truth we are all united in the same mission of life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness.
If what we really want is a free nation, we must do everything in our power to urge all Americans to vote for Libertarian Party candidate Gary Johnson. He is the only viable option who intends on representing the best interests of the American public. Or at the very least do not support any of the two-party candidates — vote third party or independent.
It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society.

Abstract I: Intent of this Article
With all the patriotic, good government, world beacon of freedom and democracy, and America is the greatest nation propaganda that Americans are indoctrinated with since childhood; most are hard-pressed to face the reality that the United States is now exhibiting striking attributes that it is sinking toward a closed fascist society. – Image courtesy of antemedius.com.
I need to stress three points about this article. Please recognize that it is an editorial and an analysis of current affairs. This means you will not see referenced citations for all points discussed because most facts are well established in the historical record and therefore not in dispute. However, plentiful links and embedded videos by credible and independent sources are provided that inspired some of the content and analysis.
The purpose of this article is not to repeat the facts and news stories of other texts and articles. The intent is to illustrate the true nature of the United States government by using freely available information to connect the dots in a way that may not have been considered before.
Abstract II: Defining Fascism
The new face of fascism isn’t necessarily white anymore. It may come in different flavors however it is still served in the similar cold dish of collectivism with the main course a government by the people for the government for the corporation. And, we the people always pick up the tab. Perhaps there is such a thing as a “free lunch,” for the very lucky few. – Image by unknown.
Secondly, what is fascism? Although I may have difficulty defining it I know it when I see it. However it is always best to begin with the dictionary definition to determine if it reflects what we are seeing today. Dictionary.com defines fascism as:
(sometimes initial capital letter) a governmental system led by a dictator having complete power, forcibly suppressing opposition and criticism, regimenting all industry, commerce, etc., and emphasizing an aggressive nationalism and often racism.
This of course is the traditional meaning of fascism as racism does not play a key role in American fascism. Moreover, the dictator is not a single person but a group of elite or ruling class despots all working together for their own interests. For a thorough definition please visit the Wikipedia definition for fascism.
The primary element of any fascist state is collectivism. It places a higher value on the concerns of the group over the rights of the individual. Thus the needs or even life of any single human being or all people of any smaller group can be sacrificed for the greater good. However, this term is really just a misnomer because it is almost solely applied by those who drive public policy to serve their own hidden illicit agendas.
Thus American fascism is rooted in the trading of other people’s wealth and liberty by those in power in exchange for personal gain and it is done without the consent or knowledge of those being compromised. A paraphrase from the Gettysburg Address nicely packages democracy (and freedom) – a government by the people for the people. With traditional fascism we have a government by the people for the government. With contemporary American fascism government becomes a conduit for a third party – a government by the people for the government for the corporation.
Congressman Ron Paul (R-Tx) describes American fascism as soft fascism. This is also known as corporatism. This means fascism is a spectrum with the most extreme form being that of Benito Mussolini’s Italy, Hitler’s Germany, or Stalin’s Soviet Union.
To prove that the United States reflects many traits of traditional fascism this article will reveal how all people are manipulated with questionable principles to support public policies that are harmful to society; demonstrate how our elected leaders are eroding our civil rights; disclose how the government is managed by an elite class of despots through corporatism, other private interests such as labor unions, and because of foreign interests such as the Israel lobby (AIPAC) and European banks; and advance why democracy is very limited to anemic representation in Washington and other levels of government.
Others have taken a point by point approach and these also inspired my analysis. These are very good for a quick overview but they do not examine how the collective mind of the public is systematically shaped to support public policies that lean toward fascism.
Laura Dawn Lewis What is Fascism (The 7 Conditions that Foster and Fuel Fascism).
It is dire to correct this before it becomes too deep otherwise just like Third Reich Germany, there is a possibility of history repeating itself and we may have reached a point of no return. I sincerely hope my analysis will motivate readers to take effective action whatever form that may take.
The following embedded video is of the whole interview of Ron Paul on NBC’s Meet The Press with Tim Russert. Before moving on it is important to note that most republics (states) now exhibit a sort of states-level soft fascism through labor unions who represent government workers.
A mysterious, cobweblike growth with a fondness for Savannah River Site’s spent nuclear fuel has been identified – but not formally named.
The “white, stringlike” substance was first observed in October among old fuel assemblies
“We were able to identify a large portion of the bacteria making up the cobwebs, but there were certainly some where the DNA sequencing came back as unknown,” [Christopher Berry, the senior technical adviser of the Savannah River National Labortory (sic)] said.
Although rare, bacterial colonies have been observed in a few nuclear environments, including a Canadian reactor and at Three Mile Island in Pennsylvania, where a growth developed in the site’s spent fuel basin after its 1979 accident.

Rio+20’s expensive wish list
$1,325 per American family for U.N. bureaucrats
By Paul Driessen and Duggan Flanakin
The NGO Major Group Organizing Partners have finalized their key document for the Rio+20 Summit. “The Future We Want” outlines the common vision for “sustainable development” throughout the planet sought by those nongovernmental organizations – mostly social and environmental activist groups. There are many noble sentiments in its 283 statements. There also is much that raises serious concerns. “Sustainable,” “sustainability” and “sustainable development” appear in the text an astounding 390 times. Like “abracadabra,” these amorphous words are supposed to transform even corrupt societies into Gardens of Eden under United Nations auspices. They will use less, pollute less, be sustainable, get along and save species and the entire planet from their worst enemy: human beings.
The affirmations, resolutions and guidelines are fascinating, but the funding mechanism is even more eye-opening. Results of the U.N. conference in Rio de Janeiro, which concluded Friday, calls for annual “donations” from the European Union and Annex II (Kyoto Protocol) countries amounting to 0.7 percent of their gross national product (GNP). With the combined GNP of contributing nations totaling about $45 trillion in 2010, the transfers would add up to $315 billion per year, or $3.2 trillion per decade.
President Obama and Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton had previously committed the United States to provide $105 billion annually, based on our $15 trillion GNP. World Bank data for 2010 put U.S. per capita GNP at $47,340 – meaning each American family of four would pay $1,325 a year. That may seem like chump change compared to Obamacare or the Obama stimulus. But over a decade, U.S. citizens would be required to contribute well over $1 trillion to U.N. sustainability schemes.
To oversee this unprecedented wealth transfer to U.N. bureaucrats and NGO activists, architects of “The FutureWeWant” would establish “an intergovernmental process” to assess financial needs; consider the effectiveness, consistency and synergies of existing instruments and frameworks; evaluate additional initiatives; and prepare reports on financing strategies. Implementation of this grand scheme would be handled by an intergovernmental committee of 30 “experts” who would be accountable to no one, except perhaps the U.N. secretary-general.
The document reassuringly suggests that “aid architecture has significantly changed in the current decade,” and “fighting corruption and illicit financial flows [has become] a priority.” Diogenes would search in vain for evidence of this.
Indeed, the very idea of still more aid must be questioned. “Has more than $1 trillion in development assistance over the last several decades made African people better off?” economist Dambisa Moyo asks in her book, “Dead Aid.” Her answer is an emphatic no.
On June 25, President Barack Obama issued a letter to the Speaker of the House of Representatives, and to the President of the Senate stating that under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act, he was declaring aNational Emergency due to actions incurred with Russia, and the Russian Federation. The submitted letter provides a declaration to Congress of the President signing Executive Order (E.O.) 13159, and its immediate implementation.
Under this National Emergency and Executive Order, the United States is seizing assets and property owned or managed by the Russian Federation relating to nuclear items and programs tied to Highly Enriched Uranium (HEU).
Pursuant to section 204(b) of the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA), 50 U.S.C. 1703(b), I hereby report that I have exercised my authority to declare a national emergency to deal with the threat posed to the United States by the risk of nuclear proliferation created by the accumulation in the Russian Federation of a large volume of weapons-usable fissile material.
The United States and the Russian Federation had entered into a series of agreements that provide for the conversion of highly enriched uranium (HEU) extracted from Russian nuclear weapons into low enriched uranium (LEU) for use in commercial nuclear reactors. There were concerns that payments due to the Russian Federation under these agreements may be subject to attachment, garnishment, or other judicial process, in the United States, which could put implementation of such agreements at risk. In Executive Order 13159, the President therefore ordered blocked all property and interests in property of the Government of the Russian Federation directly related to the implementation of the HEU Agreements so that it would be protected from the threat of attachment, garnishment, or other judicial process. - White House.gov
The ramifications of this Executive Order, along with portions that remain classified from the public, have vast consequences for the American people. Earlier this year, President Obama updated and signed several Executive Orders that deal with the complete control and confiscation of U.S. assets, infrastructure, and manpower in the case of a declared National Emergency. As of yesterday, that National Emergency has been invoked, opening the door for any number of policies to be enacted by the President going forward.
Additionally, this action against Russia and the Russian Federation could have massive consequences for America in regards to foreign policy, and even a potential act of warshould Russia see fit to perceive Obama’s actions as such. With NATO and Russia both rattling sabers in the region of Syria, the possible threat of a global conflict increased with this new asset confiscation order.
Events in the Middle East, along with regime changes in Egypt, Libya, and a number of Arab states, are engulfing Russia, Europe, and the United States into a potential global conflict that could quickly grow into something not seen in 68 years. With President Obama declaring a state of National Emergency, and imposing a new asset seizure on properties owned or controlled by the Russian Federation, the ramifications for war on several fronts, along with the potential of liberties and freedoms lost to the American people has increased to dangerous levels.
As the moon makes its monthly journey around the Earth, it has regular close encounters with planets and stars along its path. Last week it passed close to Venus and Jupiter at dawn and next week it will pass by Saturn. But this week, it’s Mercury’s turn.
On Thursday night (June 21) Mercury will be just to the right of a very thin crescent moon for observers in North America. Despite its brightness, Mercury is the least often observed of the classical planets. That’s because it never strays very far from the sun, so must be spotted against a bright twilight sky. Having the moon as a pointer is a real boon for finding Mercury. It gives your eyes something to focus on, and narrows down the territory to search.
Even so, binoculars can be a great help in spotting Mercury. Focus on the moon, low on the western horizon, and then sweep up to the right to spot Mercury.
If you own a telescope, have a look at Mercury through it. Like Venus and the moon, Mercury shows phases, though they may be hard to make out on its tiny disk in the night sky.
Take a close look at the moon, especially with binoculars or a telescope. To the left of the bright crescent you should see the rest of the moon shining faintly under the sunlight reflected back by the Earth.
While you have your binoculars handy, see if you can spot the twin stars of Gemini, Pollux and Castor, just above and to the right of the Mercury.
Observers in the southern hemisphere will have an easier time of spotting Mercury, because the ecliptic, the path of the sun, moon, and planets, is almost perpendicular to the horizon at this time of year. Look for Mercury just above the moon, and Pollux and Castor above Mercury.

Secret X-37B Space Plane After Landing on June 16, 2012Credit: 30 Space Wing USAFThis infrared view of the U.S.’s Air Force secret X-37B space plane was taken shortly after it landed at Vandenberg Air Force base on June 16, 2012.
With all the controversy catalyzed by the enormously popular The DaVinci Code and its revelations of secret, metaphysical societies to which DaVinci, Isaac Newton and other famous visionaries of the time belonged, we thought might be useful as we approach America’s Independence Day to explore the metaphysical backgrounds and secret societies of our Founding Fathers. Here are excerpts from extensive research we did for our 1994 book on Spiritual Politics:
The most intriguing hint about the secret, metaphysical dimensions of the founding of America is not actually hidden at all–in fact it can be seen in millions of places today–on every one dollar bill, which displays the reverse of the Great Seal of the United States. Here is the All Seeing Eye of God or Spirit, placed above a pyramid–a symbol representing spiritual vision that is found in many secret societies, including the Rosicrucians and the Freemasons.
The pyramid was used by some ancient cultures, such as the Egyptian and the Mayan, as an initiation chamber. The All-Seeing Eye seems to be placed as a capstone at the top of the pyramid. If you stand at the base of the pyramid, there are many different viewpoints, depending on which of the four sides you are standing on and looking out from. But at the top, all the viewpoints unite, because there we see with the Eye of Spirit. What an important message for us today! The various religious and political groups stand at the base of each side of the pyramid, fighting for their limited view, when they need to climb higher to see the more inclusive, higher vision from the top—the radiant Eye of Spirit.
In March, Lisa Jackson, the EPA Administrator, visited a meeting in Paris for the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development.
The EPA advised the media that she attended “to discuss the agency’s international efforts on urban sustainability.”
Friend, the EPA has absolutely no economic mandate sanctioned by law. And what does the EPA have to do with ‘urban sustainability’?
Now, Lisa Jackson and Hillary Clinton are about to touch-down in Rio to attend the UN’s Sustainable Development Conference where my team and I have already arrived.
I promise you, the UN conference has absolutely nothing to do with protecting the environment and everything to do with eliminating property rights and capitalism.
In fact, we found the following phrase in the draft document they plan to ratify at the end of the conference:
“In a transition to a green economy, public policies will need to be used strategically to reorient consumption, investments and other economic activities.”
It’s no wonder the UN is refusing CFACT a copy of the document while we’re in Rio, even though we’re officially registered with the UN conference.
We’ve already attended several pre-meetings with UN officials. At one meeting, an official panelist informed the audience that we need to sign a petition to enshrine the “rights of Mother Earth in national constitutions.”
She then told the audience that the UN should send “invoices” to individuals, corporations and governments for their eco-sins.
Everyone in the room smiled and approved. No one except for me spoke up for you!
Hillary and Lisa Jackson won’t do it either.
Thankfully the CFACT team and I were there. I had a chance to speak to the audience and plant seeds of doubt about sustainable development. And people listened to me. Through their entire bureaucratic careers, they’ve never heard another point of view.
To them, socialism and environmentalism is the same.
We’re showing Lisa Jackson and Hillary Clinton that it’s not going to be okay to ‘reorient consumption’, eliminate private property, and send America back to the dark ages.
I know you believe, like I do, that we need more Americans to speak-up to the international socialists who’ve been trying for decades to stop America’s path to prosperity.
It’s not without irony that we have one of the cleanest environments on the planet too!
At the high level, our global economic plight is quite simple to understand says noted Australian deflationist Steve Keen.
Banks began lending money at a faster rate than the global economy grew, and we’re now at the turning point where we simply have run out of new borrowers for the ever-growing debt the system has become addicted to.
Once borrowers start eschewing rather than seeking debt, asset prices begin to fall — which in turn makes these same people want to liquidate their holdings, which puts further downward pressure on asset prices:
The reason that we have this trauma for the asset markets is because of this whole relationship that rising debt has to the level of asset market. If you think about the best example is the demand for housing, where does it come from? It comes from new mortgages. Therefore, if you want to sustain he current price level of houses, you have to have a constant flow of new mortgages. If you want the prices to rise, you need the flow of mortgages to also be rising.
