Abstract I: Intent of this Article
With all the patriotic, good government, world beacon of freedom and democracy, and America is the greatest nation propaganda that Americans are indoctrinated with since childhood; most are hard-pressed to face the reality that the United States is now exhibiting striking attributes that it is sinking toward a closed fascist society. – Image courtesy of antemedius.com.
I need to stress three points about this article. Please recognize that it is an editorial and an analysis of current affairs. This means you will not see referenced citations for all points discussed because most facts are well established in the historical record and therefore not in dispute. However, plentiful links and embedded videos by credible and independent sources are provided that inspired some of the content and analysis.
The purpose of this article is not to repeat the facts and news stories of other texts and articles. The intent is to illustrate the true nature of the United States government by using freely available information to connect the dots in a way that may not have been considered before.
Abstract II: Defining Fascism
The new face of fascism isn’t necessarily white anymore. It may come in different flavors however it is still served in the similar cold dish of collectivism with the main course a government by the people for the government for the corporation. Secondly, what is fascism? Although I may have difficulty defining it I know it when I see it. However it is always best to begin with the dictionary definition to determine if it reflects what we are seeing today. Dictionary.com defines fascism as:
(sometimes initial capital letter) a governmental system led by a dictator having complete power, forcibly suppressing opposition and criticism, regimenting all industry, commerce, etc., and emphasizing an aggressive nationalism and often racism.
This of course is the traditional meaning of fascism as racism does not play a key role in American fascism. Moreover, the dictator is not a single person but a group of elite or ruling class despots all working together for their own interests. The primary element of any fascist state is collectivism. It places a higher value on the concerns of the group over the rights of the individual. Thus the needs or even life of any single human being or all people of any smaller group can be sacrificed for the greater good. However, this term is really just a misnomer because it is almost solely applied by those who drive public policy to serve their own hidden illicit agendas.
Thus American fascism is rooted in the trading of other people’s wealth and liberty by those in power in exchange for personal gain and it is done without the consent or knowledge of those being compromised. A paraphrase from the Gettysburg Address nicely packages democracy (and freedom) – a government by the people for the people. With traditional fascism we have a government by the people for the government. With contemporary American fascism government becomes a conduit for a third party – a government by the people for the government for the corporation.
Congressman Ron Paul (R-Tx) describes American fascism as soft fascism. This is also known as corporatism. This means fascism is a spectrum with the most extreme form being that of Benito Mussolini’s Italy, Hitler’s Germany, or Stalin’s Soviet Union.
To prove that the United States reflects many traits of traditional fascism this article will reveal how all people are manipulated with questionable principles to support public policies that are harmful to society; demonstrate how our elected leaders are eroding our civil rights; disclose how the government is managed by an elite class of despots through corporatism, other private interests such as labor unions, and because of foreign interests such as the Israel lobby (AIPAC) and European banks; and advance why democracy is very limited to anemic representation in Washington and other levels of government.
Others have taken a point by point approach and these also inspired my analysis. These are very good for a quick overview but they do not examine how the collective mind of the public is systematically shaped to support public policies that lean toward fascism.

It is dire to correct this before it becomes too deep otherwise just like Third Reich Germany, there is a possibility of history repeating itself and we may have reached a point of no return. I sincerely hope my analysis will motivate readers to take effective action whatever form that may take.

Five years ago they demolished this cute single family home, to lay a massive subterranean concrete bunker, er parking garage for a failed condo project to finally spend a month tearing it all out. On February 26, 1993, a gray snowy day in Manhattan like the one I write on 14 years later, the FBI and US government failed to stop the van-bomb explosion in the World Trade Center’s basement garage, just as NORAD and the US government failed to stop the airliner blitz on the Twin Towers and Pentagon on September 11, 2001.
I remember crowds fleeing from the Towers in ’93, choking with smoke, exhaustion, and disbelief. But as James Bovard points out in FBI Blunders and the First World Trade Center Bombing, events that led to that infamy started years earlier.
On November 5, 1990, Rabbi Meir Kahane was giving a predictably anti-Arab speech at a New York hotel. Kahane had founded the radical Jewish Defense League (JDL), which passionately preached expelling all Arabs from Israel and the “occupied territories” by force. The Knesset, Israel’s Parliament, actually banned Kahane’s political party for “inciting racism” and “endangering security,” which indeed it was doing.

Parts of this book-length story were published prior to October 2011, when a man named Ali Nazerali filed a lawsuit against me and DeepCapture and convinced a Canadian court to issue (without any notice to us, and without giving us an opportunity to defend what I had written) an injunction that forced the entire DeepCapture website to be removed from the internet on October 19, 2011.
I could be wrong, but I do not believe anything like this had ever happened before. Never in history had a court outside the United States blacked out (censored) an entire American media website, much less at the behest of one man who did not like what was written in only one of hundreds of articles on many subjects that were published on that website in the exercise of First Amendment rights.
Fortunately, on December, 13, 2011, the court heard my application opposing a continuation of the injunction and considered my detailed affidavits defending this story. Finding in my favor, and refusing to extend the injunction, the court noted that the October 19 injunction was based on an incorrect legal test for pre-trial injunctions which had been suggested to the judge by lawyers for Mr. Nazerali at the earlier one-sided hearing.
Applying the correct legal test for injunctions, which my lawyer described in his submissions on December 13, the court ruled that our freedom of speech had to be restored, at least until Mr. Nazerali’s claims were tested at a trial.
Since then, I have taken a few months to investigate further, and we are now publishing an updated version of this book-length story, chapter by chapter.
Even if you had followed DeepCapture prior to the interruption, I encourage you to read this updated version of the story because it goes quite a bit deeper, and contains additional evidence and information that supports my thesis. In addition, I have clarified and refined my argument, because some people had slightly misunderstood it, while others (such as Mr. Nazerali and the former journalist Gary Weiss, who features prominently in this story) had misrepresented what I had written.

Chapter One
Was the United States Attacked by “Financial Terrorists”?
I did not think that Zuhair Karam was violent, but I telephoned him because I thought his biography was interesting. For example, it was interesting that soon after making a home in the United States, Zuhair Karam obtained finance to publish a semi-famous work of jihadist propaganda, and soon thereafter, became a proprietary day trader of equities and derivatives at a small, unregistered brokerage in Chicago.
Many of the other people who operated through this brokerage also had interesting biographies. One of them was a trader who had ties to Russian organized crime, and whose business partner was killed in a brutal gangland-style murder in New Jersey. Also trading through this little unregistered brokerage in Chicago was an account controlled by the top henchmen of a Russian oligarch and members of an organized crime syndicate that has been accused by U.S. officials of having ties to both Al Qaeda and the Russian government’s intelligence services.
In addition there was (to name just one more) a trader whose family members worked for the Revolutionary Guard in Iran. One of this trader’s close relatives (based outside Iran) had employed an undercover Iranian government agent who was implicated in a terrorist attack and who was caught shipping sophisticated weaponry to Hezbollah, the jihadist outfit that takes its directions from the Iranian regime.
Turn on the television today, and you will undoubtedly hear the voice of mainstream newscasters reassuring you that the safety and security of you and your loved ones is being taken care of by your government, so much so that they are preparing to go to war on your behalf. Don’t worry, they’ll tell you, the military will eliminate the “threats” before they can even become threats! Just go about your daily life, spend your money (credit gladly accepted), and trust that your tax dollars are where they need to be – protecting you from bogeymen, the ones who so selfishly refuse to bend to this so-called Western-style “democracy”.Clearly there’s a problem here.
-the Treasury Bond market is defying gravity, highly unstable like a great tower to reach the sky
-the 0% interest rate in the face of annual $1.5 trillion deficits represents a great contradiction
-the glue to hold it together includes clearly the USFed debt monetization, hyper monetary inflation
-the hidden tool keeping the USBond tower upright, preventing its fall, is the Interest Rate Swap derivative
-a chronology is provided to explain the Interest Rate Swap heavy usage, not a flight to safety after all
-the IRSwap contracts were used by $8 trillion in late 2010, which routinely produce artificial USTBond demand
-the USFed is stuck at 0% forever, and thus is forced to defend and support an ever higher USTBond tower
-JPMorgan recently opened the door for better view of its losses, based admittedly on Interest Rate Swaps
-the JPM losses will reach toward $100 billion in the next year, all in time
-a chain reaction has been triggered which assures much greater losses, probably the toppling of USTBonds
-the response will be a massive flood into GOLD
The Republicans and Democrats play for the same team. It is all window dressing to keep us divided cheering for our ‘Red’ team or our ‘Blue’ team when in reality, they are of the same cloth. There is no change. It is the same basic message only it is now delivered with a new eloquence. If we are to put our wedge issues aside and listen to our conscience to what is just, what is right and if we are to judge a tree by the fruit it bears we can clearly see that our government is rotting on the branch. The players of each team will never enact any accountability on each other. The people of this country must demand it.

§2381. Treason
Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

1. To establish a One World Government/New World Order with a unified church and monetary system under their direction. Excepted are the computer- and service industries. US industries that remain will be exported to countries such as Mexico where abundant slave labor is available. As we saw in 1993, this has become a fact through the passage of the North American Free Trade Agreement, known as NAFTA. Unemployables in the US, in the wake of industrial destruction, will either become opium-heroin and/or cocaine addicts, or become statistics in the elimination of the “excess population” process we know of today as Global 2000.
