Against whom is the European Union’s so-called “oil embargo on Iran” really aimed at?
This is an important geo-strategic question. Aside from rejecting the new E.U. measures against Iran as counter-productive, Tehran has warned the member states of the European Union that the E.U. oil embargo against Iran will hurt them and their economies far more than Iran.
Tehran has thus warned the leaders of the E.U. countries that the new sanctions are foolish and against their national and bloc interests. But is this correct? At the end of the day, who will benefit from the chain of events that are being set into motion?
Are Oil Embargos against Iran New?
Oil embargos against Iran are not new. In 1951, the Iranian government of Prime Minister Mohammed Mossadegh with the support of the Iranian Parliament nationalized the Iranian oil industry. As a result of Dr. Mossadegh’s nationalization program, the British militarily blockaded the territorial waters and national ports of Iran with the British Royal Navy and prevented Iran from exporting its oil. They also militarily prevented Iranian trade. London also froze Iranian assets and started a campaign to isolate Iran with sanctions. The government of Dr. Mossadegh was democratic and could not be vilified easily domestically by the British, so they began to portray Mossadegh as a pawn of the Soviet Union who would turn Iran into a communist country together with his Marxist political allies.
The illegal British naval embargo was followed by regime change in Tehran via a 1953 Anglo-American engineered coup d’état. The 1953 coup transformed the Shah of Iran from a constitutional figure head to an absolute monarch and dictator, like the monarchs of Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Qatar. Iran was transformed overnight from a democratic constitutional monarchy into a dictatorship.
Today, a militarily imposed oil embargo against Iran is not possible like it was in the early 1950s. Instead London and Washington use the language of righteousness and hide behind false pretexts about Iranian nuclear weapons. Like in the 1950s, the oil embargo against Iran is tied to regime change. Yet, there are also broader objectives that go beyond the boundaries of Iran tied to the Washington’s project to impose an oil embargo against the Iranians.
The European Union and Iranian Oil Sales
Iran’s largest customer for oil is the People’s Republic of China. According to the Paris-based International Energy Agency (IEA), which was created after the 1973 Arab Oil Embargo as the strategic wing of the Western Bloc’s Organization of Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), Iran exports 543,000 oil barrels per day to China. Iran’s other large customers are India, Turkey, Japan, and South Korea. India imports 341,000 barrels per day from Iran, Turkey imports 370,000 barrels per day from Iran, Japan imports 251,000 barrels per day from Iran, and South Korea imports 239,000 barrels per day from Iran.
According to the Iranian Ministry of Petroleum the European Union only accounts for 18% of Iranian oil exports, which means less than one-fifth of Iranian oil sales. Only “collectively” is the European Union the second largest customer of Iran. All the E.U. countries together import 510,000 barrels per day from Iran. This collective rank that all Iranian oil importing E.U. countries have together is being highlighted by those that want to emphasize the effectiveness of the E.U. oil embargo against Iran.
Iran can replace oil sales to the European Union via new buyers or by increasing sales to existing customers like China and India. An Iranian agreement to work with China for stockpiling Chinese strategic reserves would fill a large portion of the vacuum left by the European Union. Thus, the oil embargo against Iran will have minimal direct effects on Iran. Rather, it is most likely that any of the effects that the Iranian economy feels will be tied to the global ramifications of the oil embargo against Iran.
Iran and Global Currency Warfare
According to the International Monetary Fund (IMF), both the U.S. dollar and the euro together constitute 84.4% of the world’s currency exchange reserves (end of 2011 date). The U.S. dollar alone, was the largest share of the world’s currency exchange reserves in 2011, namely 61.7%.
Energy sales are an important part of this equation, because the American dollar is tied to the oil trade.
Thus, oil trade, through what is called the petro-dollar, is helping sustain the American dollar’s international standing. Countries around the world have been virtually forced to use the U.S. dollar to maintain their energy and trade needs and transactions.
To highlight the importance of the international oil trade to the U.S., all the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) members – Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and the United Arab Emirates – have their national currencies pegged to the U.S. dollar and thereby sustain the petro-dollar by trading oil in American dollars. Moreover, the currencies of Lebanon, Jordan, Eritrea, Djibouti, Belize, and several tropical islands in the Caribbean Sea are also all pegged to the U.S. dollar. Aside from the overseas territories of the United States, El Salvador, Ecuador, and Panama also all officially use the U.S. dollar as their national currencies.
The euro on the other hand is both a rival of the U.S. dollar as well as an allied currency. Both currencies work in tandem against other currencies in many cases and seem to be controlled by increasingly merging centres of financial power.
Aside from the seventeen European Union members using the euro as their currency, the Principality of Monaco, San Marino, and Vatican City have issuing rights and both Montenegro and the Albanian-majority Serbian province of Kosovo also use the euro as their national currencies. Outside of the euro area (Eurozone), the currencies of Bosnia, Bulgaria, Denmark, Latvia, and Lithuania in Europe; the currencies of Cape Verde, Comoros, Morocco, the Democratic Republic of São Tomé and Príncipe, and the two CFA zones in Africa; and the currencies of several Western European overseas dependencies, such as Greenland, are all pegged to the euro.
Several monetary zones are directly tied to the euro. In Oceania, the Comptoirs Français du Pacifique (CFP) franc, simply called the Pacific franc (franc pacifique), used in a monetary union of the French dependencies of French Polynesia, New Caledonia, and the Territory of the Wallis and Futuna Islands is pegged to the euro. As mentioned earlier, both the CFA zones in Africa are also pegged to the euro. Thus, both the Financial Community of Africa (Communauté financière d’Afrique, CFA) franc or West African CFA franc in West Africa – used by Benin, Burkina Faso, Côte d’Ivoire, Guinea-Bissau, Mali, Niger, Senegal and Togo – and the Financial Cooperation in Central Africa (Coopération financière en Afrique central, CFA) franc or Central African CFA franc – used by Cameroon, the Central African Republic, Chad, the Republic of the Congo (Congo-Brazzaville), Equatorial Guinea, and Gabon – have their fates tied to the monetary value of the euro.
Even a year ago, weeks could go by between major Disclosure events. Now there are multiple signals per week. Are they trying to tell us something? Does a bear sit in the woods?
BUILDING UP TO SOMETHING
In the last few months, things have gotten really wonderful for the Disclosure crowd — to the point where I don’t even have enough time to try to track and write about all of it, while juggling my other responsibilities. This includes:
Multiple, blatant UFO sightings, some of which shut down entire airports;
Major press conferences with multiple eyewitnesses announcing that nuclear missile installations have been powered down by ‘flying saucers’ which otherwise were not aggressive, and may in fact have our best interests in mind;
A huge number of “life is highly abundant in the universe” scientific articles;
This is definitely not ‘smoke and mirrors.’ This is a clear, deliberate and concerted effort. And it’s building up to something.
“THE EVENT”
Among all of these various elements, the NBC television show “The Event” stands out as particularly provocative. Here you have a television show about a black President — who looks and sounds just like Obama — stumbling into the truth of human ETs soon after he takes office.
In this story, some 97 human-looking ETs crashed in a spaceship in Alaska in the 1940s, and were held hostage at ‘Camp Inostranka’ ever since. The president learns this truth, meets the people and plans an open Disclosure in a live national press conference.
Right before he discloses these secrets to humanity, he suffers a 9/11-style attack by a hijacked passenger airliner. The plane then pops through a wormhole right before it hits the ground and ends up in a remote desert, apparently by ET influence.
All the passengers onboard the plane initially survive, but they then end up dying — or so we think. The analysis of the bodies at the crash site shows that they appeared to have been running from something — perhaps a beam weapon.
The government plans on ‘distressing’ the bodies to make it look like they all died in a fiery crash, which they intend to fabricate for a cover-up.
THE WEIRD VIRUS
Then, in very disturbing zombie-like fashion, the bodies all end up re-animating in a secret military bunker. At first they seem to be fine, but then they all start hemorrhaging blood from their noses and mouths.
We learn that they have a weird virus, which they were given by the ET opposition leader — and they will be dead within 24 hours unless the President frees all the ET detainees at Inostranka, in exchange for the vaccine.
Fighting for the lives of the survivors, the president wrestles with the opposition leader, who claims he will use this same weapon on whole cities of Americans if the 97 detainees are not freed.
The president ends up getting the antidote by threatening to execute all of the ETs if the opposition leader does not produce the serum first.
THE MEDIUM IS THE MESSAGE
This Monday night’s show effectively picks up at this point in the storyline — and I’m leaving quite a bit out of it here. Though it is a bit clumsy at certain points, and I don’t find the portrayal of the president and his entourage particularly believable, the overall execution is quite good.
There does appear to be a lot of fear-mongering about human-looking ETs in this show, such as their apparent willingness to use terrorist tactics to get their way.
Nonetheless, it also seems clear that we are being given a message that they are not all bad people — only a small number of them.
Furthermore, the seemingly positive female leader of the ETs (who is obviously cast to look and sound very similar to the heroic female president in Battlestar Galactica) alludes to an upcoming ‘Event’ without elaboration at this point in the story.
WHAT’S IN A NAME?
In the title, the second “E” in “Event” is reversed. This highlights the ‘V’ in the middle — as in the previous show ‘V’, which was also about human-looking ETs. It also encourages us to pick out the word ‘EVE.’
Remember that this is all part of a Processed Release of Information (PRI) program, and the underlying body of information to be disclosed has been in place for thousands of years. I discuss this in my radio show with William Henry, linked below.
I feel it is safe to assume that in this TV series, “The Event” will involve a certain amount of cataclysmic activity on the Earth. It should also upgrade our DNA at the same time — leading to a new humanity.
A new Eve.
This would then allow the show to go in the direction of “Heroes” and other such programs where people begin developing ‘powers’.
If that’s really where this is going, then “The Event” may well be the most blatant, in-your-face, one-stop-shop Disclosure mechanism ever put out by the media — at least thus far.

The war against Libya is built on fraud. The United Nations Security Council passed two resolutions against Libya on the basis of unproven claims, specifically that Colonel Muammar Qaddafi was killing his own people in Benghazi and Libya. The claim in its exact form was that Qaddafi had ordered Libyan forces to kill 6,000 people in Benghazi as well as in other parts of the country. These claims were widely disseminated, but always vaguely explained. It was on the basis of this claim that Libya was referred to the U.N. Security Council at U.N. Headquarters in New York City and kicked out of the U.N. Human Rights Council in Geneva.
False claims about African mercenary armies in Libya and about jet attacks on civilians were also used in a broad media campaign against Libya. These two claims have been sidelined and have become more and more murky. The massacre claims, however, were used in a legal, diplomatic, and military framework to justify NATO’s war on Libya.
Indeed, the display spread all the way down to Arkansas. “When I saw the alert, I ran outside and immediately saw red auroras,” reports Brian Emfinger from the city of Ozark. “Within a few minutes the auroras went crazy! Unbelievable!”
Auroras were seen or photographed in more than half of all US states including Alabama, Wisconsin, New Mexico, Tennessee, Missouri, Illinois, Nebraska, Kentucky, North Carolina, Indiana, Oklahoma, Kansas, Iowa, Maryland, New York, Montana, Ohio, Colorado, Pennsylvania, Washington, Minnesota, Maine, Michigan, Oregon, Arkansas and California. Many observers, especially in the deep south, commented on the pure red color of the lights they saw. These rare all-red auroras sometimes appear during intense geomagnetic storms. They occur some 300 to 500 km above Earth’s surface and are not yet fully understood.
The Northern Lights were seen in areas that don’t often get to see the phenomenon known as the Aurora Borealis.
The appearance of the red glow prompted the National Weather Service offce in Memphis to issue this statement:
NUMEROUS REPORTS OF A RED GLOW IN THE NORTHERN SKY ACROSS THE MIDSOUTH REGION HAVE BEEN REPORTED. THE NORTHERN LIGHTS ARE CURRENTLY BEING SEEN IN MULTIPLE STATES ACROSS THE SOUTHEAST INCLUDING NORTHERN ARKANSAS…NORTHERN MISSISSIPPI…TENNESSEE …AND EASTWARD INTO NORTH CAROLINA. THIS AURORA IS BEING CAUSED BY A MASSIVE BURST OF SOLAR WINDS AIMED TOWARD THE EASTERN UNITED STATES.
The Space Weather Prediction Center reported a massive burst of solar wind blanketed the earth about eight hours sooner than predicted and allowed the phenomenon to be seen earlier and further south than usual. Comment: There is a nice selection of red and pink aurora photos but the statement is particularly interesting. Please note: The minor CME that was expected had unexpected consequences by pushing the Earth’s magnetosphere as far back as geosynchronous orbit and that allowed in the solar wind. At this moment, the enigma is how this innocuous CME managed to pack such a hard punch unless Earth was clipped by the massive blast that was supposedly headed for Mars… The magnetosphere has been filled up with cosmic radiation all day and is only now clearing up. This is what NOAA’s Space Weather Prediction Center (SWPC) had to say:
2011-10-25 12:51 Geomagnetic Storming and the Aurora
The Coronal Mass Ejection observed Saturday morning arrived late Monday (EDT and GMT), about 8 hours earlier than model guidance suggested. A single period reaching the G2 (Moderate) level was observed followed by several periods of G1 (Minor) storming. While not a terribly significant geomagnetic storm, it did happen at a time when most of the United States was dark or getting dark. Couple that with the fact that large parts of the US had very clear skies, and you’ve got some beautiful sightings of the aurora across the northern tier of the US. Unfortunately for sky watchers, the geomagnetic storm appears to be in decline and no further significant space weather is expected at this time.
It’s almost like saying we were expecting a gust of wind but there was a hurricane instead… In the past, blood red auroras have only been associated with major geomagnetic storms and this was a red aurora that appeared in low latitudes without a major geomagnetic storm and whatever is being said by authorities to calm the public, this is a major enigma.

OK, this was a CME with a strongly south facing Interplanetary Magnetic Field (IMF) component which is expected to provide the worse geomagnetic storms, but I have seen far worse blasts, without the accompanying auroras in the deep south of the USA. However, saying that, in this image, the inner magnetosphere, daytime and nighttime looks to be on fire…. The Earth’s magnetic field must be in tatters…

“New solar cycle gave Southern Norway is the second spectacular light show in the night sky in just one month. – Jeg har aldri sett noe liknende, sier fotografen. – I have never seen anything like it, says the photographer.” In the photo gallery, there is not one image of a blood red aurora. So… we must assume that the blast hit the USA full and/or the ionosphere is ‘weak’ over the United States. I can’t prove this last assertion, but we know the ionosphere has collapsed but we don’t know just ‘how’ collapsed. All we are told is an average value, but problems over the United States due to all the ‘experimentation’ and weather engineering is something that I have been considering for a long time.

A solar outburst sparked surprising displays of the northern lights as far south as Arkansas, Mississippi and North Carolina tonight, marking one of the farthest-reaching auroral shows in years.
As word spread about the geomagnetic storm, photos streamed onto the Web from the usual places, such as Norway, Sweden and Iceland, but also from locales that are typically too far south to see the northern lights: Oklahoma … Kansas … Kentucky … Tennessee …Virginia.
Arkansas photographer Brian Emfinger was alerted to the northern lights by SpaceWeather.com’s aurora alert. “I ran out and put my camera out and immediately saw reddish aurora,” he wrote. “I ran out into the field, and within a few minutes the aurora went crazy!”
Comment: Hmmm….. These are some amazing photos. I seriously don’t know what to think and I am perplexed because there are people reporting seeing the Northern Lights in Arkansas! This what we would expect from a MAJOR event! This implies that the Earth’s magnetic field and magnetosphere is not providing much in the way of cosmic shielding… For the last three weeks we have seen the magnetosphere regularly filled up with radiation (NICT simulation), but I have yet to see an official source telling us when the Earth’s magnetic field is acting like a sieve and we are literally open to the cosmic elements, but we must presume that nobody wants to explain how bad things are… What concerns me most is that there are a bunch of space probes watching the sun, but it looks like there was no inkling that anything serious was about to happen until the blast was picked up at L1. Lagrange Point L1 is where the ACE satellite floats in a gravity well that allows it to ‘park up’ in space and monitor the conditions in space. Magnetic field strength, polarity and direction, EM photon energy, atomic particle types, atomic particle density etc and it was severely whacked by a blast that probably took a further 45 minutes to travel 1 million miles and slam into Earth. Since there are no reports of blackouts, we can only presume 1. this is not the type of event that generates severe geomagnetically induced currents (GICS) or 2. there was enough warning for preventative measures to be taken. Well, I am thinking this might be the start of a new level of cosmic awareness and the Northern Lights might become a regular part of our reality. Thanks to Leticia for sending me this great link.

The impact strongly compressed Earth’s magnetic field, directly exposing geosynchronous satellites to solar wind plasma, and sparked an intense geomagnetic storm. As night fell over North America, auroras spilled across the Canadian border into the contiguous United States.
“Wow, wow, wow! These were the best Northern Lights I’ve seen since 2004,” says Shawn Malone, who took this picture from the shores of Lake Superior in Michigan:
“The auroras filled the sky in every direction–even to the south,” he says.

Expected CME, But Unexpected Consequences?
spaceweather.com, 24th October 2011 AURORAS IN THE USA–NOW! Northern Lights have spilled across the Canadian border into the contiguous USA. Observers report auroras as far south as Ohio: image. The display was caused by the CME impact described below.
CME IMPACT: A CME hit Earth’s magnetic field on Oct. 24th at approximately 1800 UT (02:00 pm EDT). Acording to analysts at the Goddard Space Weather Lab, the impact caused a strong compression of Earth’s magnetic field, allowing solar wind to penetrate all the way down to geosynchronous orbit for a brief period between 19:06 UT and 19:11 UT. Earth-orbiting spacecraft could have been directly exposed to solar wind plasma during that time.
The impact also sparked a geomagnetic storm, underway now. Geir Øye sends this picture from Ørsta, Norway: Comment: As I stated, Solarham.com noted a small CME: “Partial Earth Directed CME: A disappearing solar filament from early Saturday morning did produce a bright and partially earth directed Coronal Mass Ejection (CME). There could be a small chance for minor geomagnetic storming by Oct 25.” spaceweather.com was too busy telling us about the megablast that was directed at the planet Mars but now this little ‘nothing’ CME has hit the planet and caused auroras in the USA as far south as Ohio…. so much for space weather forecasting… So, what would have happened if the megablast had been coming towards us? Would they have turned the national power grids off? NICT has removed the CME impact image, I am sure it was terrible… I have checked the ENLIL Heliosphere prediction model and that had NOTHING predicted to impact the Earth’s magnetic field… Quite frankly, space weather forecasters need to do better… See the NOAA/SWPC and USA Air force Geophysical Activity Summaries for the 23rd and 24th, below:

Geophysical Activity Summary 23/2100Z to 24/2100Z: The geomagnetic field was at mostly quiet with a single active period observed between 24/1800 – 2100Z. The ACE spacecraft observed an interplanetary shock passage at 24/1748Z with a subsequent sudden impulse of 13 nT observed at the Boulder magnetometer at 24/1832Z. Observations at ACE revealed increases in temperature, density and wind speed while the Bz component of the interplanetary magnetic field (IMF) decreased southward to -20 nT for a brief period. IMF Bt reached 20 nT. Wind velocities increased from a steady 350 km/s to 525 km/s and remained so through the end of the period. This mostly likely was the arrival of a CME that occurred at 22/0058Z in association with an eruptive filament. The greater than 10 MeV proton event that began at 23/1500Z ended at 23/1605Z. A peak flux of 13 pfu was reached at 23/1535Z. Earlier in the period, another, weaker shock passage was observed in the ACE solar wind data at 23/2320Z. This was most likely the result of a glancing blow from a CME associated with an M1.6 x-ray event observed of the NW limb at 20/0325Z .
IIA. Geophysical Activity Summary 22/2100Z to 23/2100Z: The geomagnetic field was quiet. A greater than 10 MeV proton event began at 23/1500Z. So far the observed peak flux was 13 pfu at 23/1535Z. The source of the event is believed to be yesterdays long-duration M1 flare at 22/1110Z in Region 1314 (N29, L=053). IIB. Geophysical Activity Forecast: The geomagnetic field is expected be mostly quiet becoming quiet to unsettled with a chance of active periods on 25 October. This activity is expected in response to the arrival of a CME that occurred at 22/0058Z in association with an eruptive filament. The greater than 10 MeV proton event is expected to end by 24 October.
Whether or not you believe that Call Calleman’s reckoning of October 28 is a date to put in your 2011 appointment book (a date with destiny?), it certainly seems that the planetary energies are intensifying greatly. At the same time, there have been increasing reports of a major uptick in solar activity including coronal mass ejections that have reached the earth. In addition, the acceleration of world events also seems undeniable as global financial systems which favor the few as opposed to the many come under public scrutiny and protest.
Each of us is experiencing varying degrees of personal chaos amidst these larger chaotic trends. Now more than ever we need to anchor and ground ourselves so that the energies being visited upon earth (whatever the source) don’t throw us off kilter. Fortunately the earth charges, while still happening, have not accelerated to an alarming extent although they will likely continue. After the Japan quake, many other events have occurred but not with the same devastating effects. As the saying goes “Hope for the best but prepare for the worst.”
The energies engendered by the Shift are powerful and increasing in strength. Many energetically sensitive individuals can feel these changes taking place. The new energies are repatterning our individual “reality bubbles”, accelerating earth changes and weather patterns, altering our perceptions of self and other, creating karmic rebalancing “episodes”, and bringing up blocked energies for clearing. As found in spiritual teachings (such as Taoist or Vedic traditions, for example), we are energetic beings and living in an energetic, vibratory soup we call the universe. It’s not surprising then that these new energies are affecting all of us very profoundly. (Continued below.)
One of the most important messages that we like to stress is the need to stay out of fear. Fear-based thinking is easy to slip into during this time of great social and economic turmoil, but easily becomes a millstone that weighs down the awakening process. However the Shift is indeed surfacing darker aspects and energies that are being presented for what spiritual teachers and lightworkers call transmutation, i.e. ,working through the dark matter of accumulated karma. Carl Jung calls this “confronting the shadow self” in order to heal the whole. This is happening now on a collective scale. Although this process may be difficult to deal with, these “instant replays” of past events and stuck emotional energy are gifts and opportunities for spiritual growth. Although we each our individual work to do, we ultimately are in this together and many things are progressing wonderfully. How to Mindfully Prepare for and Thrive During the Shift
We’ve really been preparing for the shift all of our lives consciously and or subconsciously. If you believe in reincarnation, some would say we have been preparing for many lifetimes. Our physical, mental and emotional bodies are adjusting to these radical energetic changes.It’s important to keep in mind we are going through a purification process so it’s best not to fight it but rather to try and help it along. Here are some suggestions:
Stay in Your Joy
The most important preparation is internal. Prepare your heart, mind and spirit for the increasing energy change. As Ac Tah says “Stay in your joy”. Joy and love hold the higher frequencies.
Practice Meditation or a Centering Practice Daily
We recommend meditating at least twice a day in the morning and evening. In the evening, you can clear your mind and energy field by placing negativity and stress into a flame. Light a candle and imagine all stress or frustration being burned away and transformed into love, light and joy.
Walks and Meditations in Nature
Nature is our ally in this transformation. The earth has an enormous capacity to transmute our negative and lower vibrations. Reconnect to the earth. The Hopi have said that this would be a time where we would reawaken our connection with the earth and again recognize the Earth as a sentient being.
Eat Healthy Food and Drink Pure Water
Eat organic whole foods and drink pure water if possible. Try to limit alcohol consumption or smoking, This can help to refine your subtle energy bodies and allows you to tap into and resonate with the higher vibrational frequencies that are coming in. And as Ac Tah said in one of our teleconferences, in addition to what you eat, how you are feeling when you are cooking and eating matter. What is your emotional state when you eat? Are you stressed out? Are you experiencing negative emotion? Always come to the dinner table with a joyful and clear consciousness and always prepare food with love.
Salt crystal baths
Water and salt have a tremendous capacity to transmute the lower emotional states and relive tension and stress. Try using using dead sea salt crystals.
Go with The Flow
Letting go and going with flow is important now. Don’t hold too tightly to the shores of the old ways of doing things or the old emotional patterns that no longer serve your highest good. It will make the process easier. Watch for emotional patterns that are coming up now for clearing.
Stay out of fear
Fear is a lower energy and can spiral into panic and confusion. Fear can appear in different forms as anxiety, anger, worry and violence. When we are in fear we are projecting on the future. Fear dis-empowers us and destabilizes our awareness. The important thing is to recognize your emotional state when in fear and choose a higher emotion. When in fear or feeling down, we have the choice to raise our vibration so, sing, listen to soothing music, meditate, light a candle. Do something that brings your joy back.
Compassion, love and non-harmful activity
Practice compassion and love when dealing with yourself and others. Stay heart centered and make an effort not to be harmful to others in thought, word or deed. Breathe in love and compassion and send it out as you go about your daily routine.

One day in the middle of May 2010, SDG&E workers came to my La Mesa home to install a new meter for both my gas and electric service. They did the same for my neighbors. I remember their trucks and the boxes on the sidewalk. How quickly they did it and left. How we turned off our computer and TV to prevent a power surge.
When we least expect it, life sets us a challenge, it is sometimes said.
I really didn’t pay much attention to these installations, assuming that they were similar to the old ones, just digital. Boy, was I wrong. As an active, retired educator, I never expected that the challenge would come in the form of harmful radiation coming from these new utility “smart” meters installed by SDG&E. But that is just what has happened.
Please note that everyone in our county and throughout SDG&E’s territory had these installed in the past year and a half, except for a handful of people. None of us were told of any risks.
Shortly after, when I began to have ringing ears and sleeplessness, I wondered why but kept thinking it would disappear. I’d hear ringing in my ears no matter what time of day. Even in the night, and it would be more apparent when it was quiet, it seemed.
At night, I’d wake up suddenly around 2:00 or 2:30 AM, the same time every night, wide awake, and have trouble getting back to sleep for several hours. Some nights I didn’t sleep much at all, just a couple of hours.
This was also occuring to other members of the household, at times. There were peculiar symptoms that some of us experienced that we could not explain but was making life very complicated.
Last summer was a rough time as a result. There were some headaches. I spent time reading in my room, something I like to do to relax. By fall, things didn’t get any better, but worse.
Add to the list, by October, a rapidly growing skin cancer on my face, looked like a largish pencil eraser, you could practically watch it grow … and it hurt.

Introduction
The dark horse of the New World Order is not Communism, Socialism or Fascism: It is Technocracy.
The development and implementation of Smart Grid technology in the U.S. – reinventing the electrical grid with Wifi-enabled digital power meters – is proceeding at breakneck speed. Although Smart Grid is the result of years of government planning, the recent kickoff was made possible through massive “green” grants that were quietly included in President Obama’s economic stimulus package starting in 2009.
These lucrative grants have drawn in a host of corporate players, from utility companies to digital meter manufacturers to control software vendors. Global companies like IBM, GE and Siemens are putting their full effort behind the “build-out” that will consolidate all of America into a single, integrated, communication-enabled electric delivery and monitoring system, collectively called Smart Grid.
Proponents of Smart Grid claim that it will empower the consumer to better manage his or her power consumption and hence, costs. The utility companies will therefore be more efficient in balancing power loads and requirements across diverse markets.
However, like carnival barkers, these Smart Grid hocksters never reveal where or how SmartGrid came into being, nor what the ultimate endgame aims to achieve; perhaps most of them have no idea either, but simply repeat the mantra as if they know what they are talking about.
In SmartGrid: The Implementation of Technocracy?, I revealed the background of both Technocracy and Smart Grid, and most importantly, the links between them. Smart Grid is born out of Technocracy and not the other way around.
Technocracy is a totalitarian system of government where scientists, engineers and technicians monitor and control all facets of personal and civic life – economic, social and political. Herein lies the real danger: Who are these unelected controllers and why should anyone believe that they would be benevolent dictators instead of tyrants? Americans are a freedom-loving people who would certainly reject Technocracy’s stealth takeover, if only they were aware of it. Indeed, Americans did pointedly reject Technocracy in the 1930′s!
Thirty years ago, a researcher’s mantra was “Follow the money, follow the power.” This must now be restated: “Follow the energy, follow the power.”
Requirements
In 1932, Technocracy, Inc. called for the destruction of price-based economic systems and the creation of an energy-based accounting system that would measure inputs and outputs of human activity in terms of energy production, distribution and consumption. The requirements for a successful system was co-authored by M. King Hubbert, a young geo-physicist who later developed “Hubbert’s Peak Oil Theory” that provided intellectual backing for the modern environmental or “green” movement.
Specifically, Hubbert detailed the requirements for a successful implementation of Technocracy:
“Register on a continuous 24 hour-per-day basis the total net conversion of energy.
“By means of the registration of energy converted and consumed, make possible a balanced load.
“Provide a continuous inventory of all production and consumption
“Provide a specific registration of the type, kind, etc., of all goods and services, where produced and where used
“Provide specific registration of the consumption of each individual, plus a record and description of the individual.” [Scott, Howard et al, Technocracy Study Source, p. 232]
Of course, the technology to fulfill these requirements did not exist in 1932. However, it is worth noting that Technocracy Inc.’s leadership was intimately familiar with the early work of International Business Machine’s (IBM) computing technology. They clearly envisioned a time in the future where the advancement of the technology would meet the minimum level necessary to implement these requirements.
That day of advanced technology has come and the project is now called Smart Grid. The endgame is to implement a modernized version of historic Technocracy on a national, continental and global basis.
Some would argue that it is mere coincidence that these requirements are fully met with Smart Grid technology. However, the reasons for the existence of Technocracy in the 1930′s are the same reasons given today: Energy efficiency, load balancing, fairness, alleviating poverty and hunger, etc.
The feigned concern for those in poverty and hunger in the underdeveloped nations is hollow. Technocracy is pointedly amoral in its practice: The means (their scientific method/process) justifies the end, whatever the end might turn out to be.
Going Global
In addition to the United States, Smart Grid is being implemented in both Canada and Mexico. Planners are working on standards that will integrate all of North America into a single, unified Smart Grid system.
Moreover, there is a serious initiative underway to create a Global Smart Grid that will integrate all the continents on the globe!
The Global Energy Network Institute (GENI) presents this Dymaxion ™ Map of the world from the perspective of the North Pole that reveals the global grid currently under construction. The only part of planet earth left untouched is Antarctica. The yellow lines represent high-voltage electrical transmission links that are capable of transferring large amounts of energy from continent to continent.
Note:With so much going on with Europe’s debt crisis, the continuing disaster and economic contraction in Japan, and the potential for a very hard landing in the Chinese growth miracle (which is in the running as my favorite “black swan candidate” for 2011), I am going to return our attention to oil in this report. The next report will assess the developing and unfolding debt crisis that will drag down most of the developed economies at some point, and this report will provide essential context for understanding why this result is inevitable and when it will occur.
The Next Oil Shock
The only thing that could prevent another oil shock from happening before the end of 2012 would be another major economic contraction. The emerging oil data continues to tell a tale of ever-tightening supplies that will soon be exceeded by rising global demand. This time, we will not be able to blame speculators for the steep prices we experience; instead, we will have nothing to blame but geology.
Back in 2009, I wrote a pair of reports in which I calculated that we’d see another price spike in oil by 2010 or 2011, based on some assumptions about global GDP growth rates, rates of decline in existing oil fields, and new projects set to come online. Given the recent price spike in oil (Brent crude over $126, now at $115) and recent oil supply data, those predictions turned out to be quite solid (for reference, oil was trading in the low $60s at the time).
One part I whiffed on was in my prediction that the world community would have embraced the idea of Peak Oil by now and begun adjusting accordingly, but that’s not really true except in a few cases (e.g. Sweden). Perhaps things are being differently and more seriously considered behind closed doors, but out in public the dominant story line concerns reinvigorating consumer demand, not a looming liquid fuel crisis.
How the major economies can continue proceeding with a business-as-usual mindset given the oil data is really quite a mystery to me, but that’s just how things happen to be at the moment.

The last four months of 2010, nearly 500 earthquakes rattled Guy, Arkansas. [1] The entire state experienced 38 quakes in 2009. [2] The spike in quake frequency precedes and coincides with the 100,000 dead fish on a 20-mile stretch of the Arkansas River that included Roseville Township on December 30. The next night, 5,000 red-winged blackbirds and starlings dropped dead out of the sky in Beebe. [3] Hydraulic fracturing is the most likely culprit for all three events, as it causes earthquakes with a resultant release of toxins into the environment. [4]
